Zena O'May - Zena studied singing at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama after which came a period of further vocal development under the tutelage of Pamela Cooke. During this time, she joined the D’Oyly Carte Opera Company performing with them for two years before progressing her career by becoming a member of the English National Opera (ENO), understudying many major roles under the tutelage of Keith Bonnington. After a period of eight years with ENO, Zena returned to Nottingham to devote time to her family.

Victoria Barlow - Victoria studied music at Clarendon College, under Anthea Cator, and continued her studies at Newcastle and Huddersfield Universities. After returning to Nottingham, she focused her attention on vocal work and performed with Nottingham Harmonic Society and Trent Opera. Since 1999, Victoria has been Head of Music and then Director of Music at St. Mary’s RC High School, Chesterfield. She has conducted school choirs for over 16 years, and her school choirs have participated in BBC Choir of the Year competition and regional festivals, to great acclaim. They have also toured abroad, performing in Austria, Italy; where they sang Evensong at St. Mark’s Basilica in Venice, and in the US, performing at St. Patrick’s Catholic Cathedral on 5th Avenue in New York. Victoria has been the Musical Director of Cranwell Military Wives and was privileged to work with them on the BBC Beechey Boys project in collaboration with the University of Lincoln. Victoria is currently musical director of both the Songbirds a Nottingham-based chamber choir for sopranos and altos; and South Notts Men's Chorus.

Alison Farmer- Alison has a passion for opera and classical music, which she has enjoyed from a very young age. She has performed many operatic roles in productions which include La Traviata, Carmen, The Merry Widow, The Magic Flute, Cosi Fan Tutte and The Marriage of Figaro - having a particular love of Mozart! She has also performed most of the G&S soprano roles and has sung with The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Buxton Festival, Nottingham Festival Opera, Derby G&S and Trent Opera. Alison has performed across the East Midlands and nationally, in a variety of concert, recital, oratorio and workshop performances. Having sung with Zena and Victoria in several local companies over the years, she is delighted to be working with them again as part of QuadraVox.
